I’d wager that once the cheese caramelizes would be a good point to take it out of the oven. Get a poached egg kinda consistency.
Difficult to eat tho. Probably better to use smaller round rolls for individual portions than a long bread. Like a bread bowl.

Just hollow out the bread, brush inside and outside with melted butter.
Combine egg, meat, onions etc. in a pan and make an omelet or scramble.
Put egg stuffs inside bread pocket and cover with cheese
Bake in oven to melt cheese and crisp up the bread.

Firstly, they’re not raw. People eat eggs in that state all the time. Not every egg has to be hard boiled.
Secondly, nearly every culture has recipes with raw eggs. I know an uncountable number of dishes that use raw or very partially cooked eggs. Heck, when I was a kid it was normal for me to snack on a raw egg with bread while helping my grandma and great-grandma with their garden and cattle. People would straight up make a little hole in the egg with a key or some other tool and gulp it down. It was great.
Basically, you’re very ignorant of the world, so why are you going around calling perfectly normal and delicious stuff stupid?
