    Fuck that. That’s perfect for a ribeye. There’s more than enough fat to render and enough left to still have that be soft as butter. Basting that thing in its own far and some butter is money.

    Since you’re so disappointed with your effort…gimme. lol

  7. There’s not a day or time I wouldn’t tear that up! The crust is great and the fat is rendered perfectly. May be a bit over your target but I see nothing wrong. Nice job!
