Ingredients:
• 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
• 1 small can sardines (packed in water), drained
• Small handful arugula
• ½ ripe avocado, sliced
• 2–3 slices tomato
• Few thin slices white onion
• Chili crisp, for drizzling
• Juice of ½ lemon (or more to taste)
• Fresh parsley, for garnish
• Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
1. Drain the sardines well and set aside. Add lemon juice.
2. On a plate, arrange the components: arugula and avocado slices on one side, tomato slices on another, and white onion slices on another. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add the toasted sourdough to the plate.
