  1. Well, bell peppers would be a bit odd, but noot unwelcome. But parsnips and celeriac root are a definite addition in my household. Ande we brown the meat first and then add the onions. Also, csipedett tészta (pinched noodle) is an addition: yoou mix an egg with flour until a firm but pinchable dough forms then throw pinched pieces into to the boiling broth.

  2. I got the chance to have goulash at a local cultural festival. Made by some grandmothers stirring a huuuge pot with a giant paddle (after they told the grandfather i presume, to get out of the way because it looked like they werent happy with his technique lol). One of the tastiest stews I've ever had…i want to make it…this has motivated me to

  3. Jane Eyre is one of my favorite books. I recently reread it with my partner who had never read it before, and he loves it as well now. I adore Jane's character. She sticks by her principles to such a degree that she overcomes societal expectations and class boundaries. I like Rochester as well, but in a different way. I find him to be a funny and interesting character, but he has so many unforgivable flaws for which we see his punishment at the end of the story… until Jane returns. And Poor Bertha. I was surprised that Jane returned to Rochester and married him after all that the first time I read it. I definitely didn't expect her to marry St. John and go on his mission trip, but she was only a teenager and could have waited for another option to come along. 😂

  4. One of my all-time favorites. Only thing, i like mine a bit thicker. Otherwise it looks perfect. Good Job……now i am hungry
