What was the final internal temperature and how long did you cook it for ?. Any issues with stall at around 170f?

Rotisserie is the ultimate way to bbq imo but the cook and clean up is such a pia. Great for show, physically self basting but constantly reapply its own juices back onto itself. Cheers and enjoy.
