1 mango (sliced )

2 EGGS

MUSHROOM OPTIONAL
CHICKEN BROTH POWDER, 1 TEASPOON
SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, 2 AND 1/2 SLICES
BRIOCHE BREAD
BUTTER
– OMELET –
3 eggs
1 pad of unsalted butter
1.5 teaspoons of chicken broth powder
2 slices of mozzarella cheese OR 1/4 cup cheese of your choice
diced white onions
diced tomato
arugula
minced onion
– HOMEMADE FRENCH TOAST –
8 to 10 pieces of brioche bread or texas toast
4 large eggs
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
4 tsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla
butter ( 1 pad of butter for each slice of toast )
I cook each side for 3-5 mins on medium high heat

1/2 tsp mrs dash

Hey y’all. Welcome back to our channel. We’re about to get into some breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner recipes. These are some of my favorite recipes to make that I actually go ahead and meal prep the items once I’m done cooking. These are some of my absolute favorite recipes to make for brunch, lunch, breakfast. They’re all, in my opinion, convertible recipes. All right. Sometimes when I get to the grocery store, I just draw a blank on those days where I haven’t had time to write down my groceries. I haven’t had time to prepare a menu for the week. However, there are some staple items that I always purchase from the grocery store when I’m having an off day or when I haven’t done my due diligence to think. These are the items that I’m always able to pick up without thinking and they can carry me through the week if I need them to. We’re going to get into some deli sandwiches. We’re going to get into some omelets, some smoothies. All of these recipes are super simple, super easy, super delicious, super convenient, super meal prepable. All right. I know when we think of omelets, we don’t necessarily think of meal prep or lunch. However, I love to make omelets for lunch. I think they’re called a frittata if you do them a bit different. All of these different recipes, dishes have different names for different reasons because of the small changes and nuances that come with them, but I just make omelets for lunch. All right? And I do use them as a meal prep item. When it comes to my children, I cut them in threes, like slices of pizza, and I actually put those in my meal prep containers along with some fruit. My daughter loves blueberries. My sons love cherries, blueberries, pineapples, whatever fruit is in season that they’re into. I go ahead and cut the omelette. They’re so easy. They’re so convenient. And they’re also really, really good room temperature. I think that’s a very important element to doing meal prep with children. Sometimes you have to give them things to eat on the go and you don’t always want a snack snack. You want a nutritious meal if you’re out all day for your children and you don’t want to pick up any fast food but you don’t have a microwave in the car. Not cold now, but I’m saying like I cooked them a few hours ago and we’re headed out of the house or I’ve taken them out of refrigerator and heated them up and put them back into the container so that we have them in the car wherever they are with me or their dad. I also go ahead and meal prep French toast. Again, that is another item for children that they do not mind eating room temperature. Chop up a few of those sausage, some blueberries, put them in your meal prep container, and those are great for grab and go or at home. All of these deli sandwiches are delicious. I cut them in half for my children in fours. They’re not so much one of the things that I cook at the beginning of the week and we eat them all throughout the week, but they’re great for lunch. Okay, you can never go wrong with a deli sandwich. That’s for adults. That’s for children. That’s for lunch at home. That’s for lunch in the car. That’s for lunch at the office. You can never go wrong with a deli sandwich. I make the large pictures of my smoothies and or beetroot juice. You actually want your fruit and vegetable intake to be as close to fresh as possible. So, I make my smoothies every 2 to 3 days. Eating them as close to fresh as possible is going to give you the most out of their nutritional value. So, when it comes to the sausage, all right, as a child, I loved slim gyms. Slim gems are horrible. They are not good for us at all. So, I started to make these sausage and I put them in sandwich bags and I take them with me and my children on the go with fruit. Again, like blueberries, a fruit that they don’t have to pick up and bite and you put them in a bag and they eat those. And it reminds me of when I was a child and I used to love Slim Gems. These are homemade turkey sausage. I’ve used them in salads. I’ve used them on pizza. I’ve used them in omelets. I’ve used them in like wraps with vegetables and things like that. We do have a few omelets within this video that use turkey lunch meat. If you ain’t down with the lunch meat, you can go ahead and use this sausage for your and your deli sandwiches that include the turkey. You can use this turkey sausage recipe as an alternative to all the recipes that we have. The turkey lunch meat. That’s actually what I do now more often than it’s just about sharing the ideas that I have because a lot of times it’s not so much that we don’t know how to make a thing, it’s that we can’t think of a thing to make. Okay? Because we have to think of something to cook and feed our family every single day, multiple times a day. So, I’m always sharing the ideas that I have because I love when I find great ideas.
