[Music] This is the ideal roast lemon potato. You got about six, seven regular sized potatoes. We’re going to cut the potatoes pretty much like a wedge. A little squirt of your regular mustard. It’s about a tablespoon. Olive oil or something like this. Probably about a/2 cup. 2 tsp sea salt. Chicken hullan. A teaspoon. 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Hot water. Add enough water to come up about halfway. Mix the potatoes. Fresh ground pepper. Half a teaspoon. Preheat your oven to 450 fah. Let’s check in about 40 minutes. See, about 45 minutes have passed. Let’s look at that lemon roast potato fork tender. We’re good. Roast lemon potatoes. For me, this is the ideal roast lemon potato. Crispy on the outside, fluffy and airy on the inside. [Music]
