

From first glance I would assume this would be way more than 200 calories but I am very new to this so I’m not really sure. I weighed everything in a food scale and tracked it on my app but after prepping it the number definitely caught me off guard. I didn’t use any butter or oil since I cooked it all in an air fryer but 200 still seems low.

I’d call it 300 just to be safe
As long as you weighed everything looks right to me! It is incredible how high volume and low cal some foods are.
I think when you first start understanding nutrition and start weighing food, it is often quite shocking how little calories certain foods can be (seafood, chicken, potatoes) and how high the others can be (mostly cereals, nuts, cheese )
Fat is double plus 1 calories per gram (9 vs 4 cal) compared to carbs and protein. 2tb of oil added to the cooking would have added 300 calories to the meal.
