After having a cafe roma for 5 years. I did have a single boiler before that ( a brugnetti simona) but it broke and it was impossible for me to have pieces sent where I live ( also no shop was wanting to take it)
So I am to back to where I was with the few goodies that come with the Go such as the PID and the nice yellow color.
I decided to upgrade on the gridner and went with the DF83 becaise of recommandations from here. I used to have a Cunil tranquio but I did not care for it enough and realized I could not adjust it at all when I tried to make my first shit with the Go. I never adjusted it with the Cafe roma as it did not really made a difference with that machine so the threads got all jammed up and impossible to clean even for the shop I brought it.
I really love the setup so far. Espresso never tasted that good to me.
