A restaurant group has unveiled a new menu and a focus on French regional cuisine.

Brasserie Blanc, founded by Raymond Blanc OBE, is marking nearly 30 years since the launch of its first brasserie.

The chain has restaurants in Chichester, as well as Inns in Horsham and Lewes.

The brand refresh highlights its heritage as the UK’s leading French brasserie, with a focus on seasonality, sustainability, and authentic French cooking.

Richard Ferrier, CEO of Heartwood Collection, said: “This rebrand marks an exciting new chapter for Brasserie Blanc.

“We’ve been part of the UK high street for nearly three decades, and by returning to our roots, we are ensuring Brasserie Blanc remains a favourite with our loyal guests while also welcoming a new generation of diners.”

The new look is designed to capture the convivial spirit of France with a contemporary warmth.

The team travelled across France to capture inspiration, building an extensive archive of photography and film that now weaves through the brand identity.

Brasserie Blanc’s autumn menu, launched alongside the rebrand, draws from French regional cuisine.

It features classic dishes such as soufflé au fromage, and introduces new items including lapin à la moutarde and Île flottante.

The updated wine list features regional producers focused on biodiversity and organic viticulture.

Raymond Blanc OBE will continue as chef patron, guiding the creative direction of the menus.

The rebrand also coincides with the launch of a new guest reward scheme, which goes live on Wednesday, October 1.

Brasserie Blanc is known for its high-quality French cuisine and warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The brand aims to offer diners a “genuine taste of France with a contemporary twist.”
