225 on Traeger. Same prep seasoning but wrapped one at 170 and left other unwrapped. Both good but Unwrapped was the winner. Darker look, more flavor and juicer.

It’s called a crutch for a reason, either the fire a bit hot or meat not finished soon enough is about the only time I see fit to wrap. Let it ride!
