So, I’ll just put take you through the recipe or the ingredients. Sorry. I’ll put a full list of the ingredients in the description for you to assess. So, we have our butter, our baking powder, our salt, our onions, grated onions, approximately let’s say a quarter of our onion, and some plain flour, some water, and a bit of rosemary to, you know, infuse into our oil. So, let’s let me take you through the process. So guys, I’m just going to put our sauce here, our baking powder, quarter of a teaspoon. We’ll mix all this thoroughly. We incorporating our butter approximately let’s say 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of butter. We incorporate this in thing about these kind of snacks once in a while you have it because of the fat contents. So guys, now that we’ve incorporated in the butter, we’re going to add in the shredded onions and then mix everything and then we’ll create, you know, like a ball consistency incorporating a bit of water in there till we get a doughy consistency. So, ensure that you measure the water. You don’t want it to be too wet. Neither do you want it to be too hard. Guys, this is the consistency we’re going for. See? Very soft. At this point, I’m just going to ruffle it up like that. Try and spread it. And then we’re going to um what do you call it? I’m going to roll it till it’s nice and thin. Ensure that the is very very thin when you roll it cuz this recipe requires the thickness of your dough to be very thin. So guys, this is how we’re going to roll it. Ensure that it’s very very thin. It’s very very thin, guys. See the consistent how thin it is. It’s almost as flat, you know. So this is how we want it. Very thin. Yeah. Very, very thin. You see how thin the pastry is. So this is like I said, it’s a rip. I’m just going to put my rosemary in there in the oil. [Music] I’m just going to rip. Come on. So ensure that you are careful. You are what you eat. Eat well.
