eggs. Look like this. [Music] You don’t got to pull the inside when it boil. No, turn it off first. Yes. Stretch. Stretch. What does stretch mean? Stretch all the eggs. What?

  1. I find it amazing how the Italians basically learned how to cook with the Chinese and asians in general, somewhere in a long lost past. And they basically just added cheese and/or olive oil to it all. 😊 Cuz that's an eggdrop soup right there, just less misso and more cheese instead

  2. If I asked for straciatella and got served watery eggs instead of vanilla or sweet cream gelato with chocolate shavings mixed through I'd riot 😂 just scramble the egg normally or at least make it in soup.

  3. Stracciatella, the diminutive of stracciare, "to shred". The name is also used to refer to a type of gelato wherein semi-sweet chocolate is drizzled slowly into a standard gelato base during the last few minutes of churning and the chocolate solidifies immediately and is shredded into fine shards by the churning action, resulting in a beautifully speckled gelato with an interesting texture and mouthfeel.

  4. Mai mangiata questa monnezza. Io si stracciatella conosco il formaggio e il gelato. Ma questa schifezza… È quasi una bestemmia chiamarla stracciatella
