Ingredients:

Feta – 100 g / 3.53 oz
Cottage cheese – 150 g / 3.53 oz
Spinach – 200 g / 5.29 oz
Salt
Puff pastry without yeast – 400 g / 14.12 oz
Egg – 1 pc.
Sesame (optional)

Instructions:
1) Grate feta cheese on a coarse grater, mix with cottage cheese.
2) Fry spinach, add to feta with cottage cheese.
3) Roll out half of the dough, put the filling, cover with the second half of the rolled out dough.
4) Put a glass in the middle, cut into strips, twist each strip into a tourniquet.
5) Break an egg (we only need the yolk), grease the entire top with it.
6) Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
7) Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
