I am a sucker for any good soup and this creamy sausage tortillini soup is definitely one of the best soups I’ve ever made it’s a delicious creamy mixture of tender cheese tortillini with crumbled Italian sausage and oh my goodness it’s seasoned to Perfection you’re going to start by adding your Italian sausage to a large pot and you’re going to crumble it up until it’s cooked all the way through there’s no more pink showing then add your diced veggies into the pot we have some celery carrots and onions here add in your minced garlic and cook everything down for about 5 minutes or so until it’s nice and soft now you want to season everything up really really well be very liberal with your seasonings cuz you need to have some flavor to this soup once you get all those seasonings mixed in you’re going to add in your chicken broth we added a little more Italian seasoning here add in a little more water so we have a nice soup base and then some crushed tomatoes go ahead and give it a good mix now you’re going to add in your tortillini pasta a handful of kale because of course we’re healthy add in your heavy cream and let the soup simmer until the tortillini pasta is nice and tender the full written recipe is on on the site razaz life.com you have to give this one a try and enjoy
