Let’s make my 30 minute chicken shawarma. This is what I genuinely make when I don’t feel like cooking. And for transparency, here are all the dishes that I use. After a long day, I don’t want to spend so many hours just making dinner. So, I’ve been making easier versions of my own recipes. To be honest, the only real work you have to do is cut the chicken thighs really thin. And then after this recipe is on full cruise control, I promise. Straight out the package, just a spoonful of yogurt. Just a quick squirt of tomato paste. Usually, I do some fresh garlic, but I’m just going to add in some tomb. I love this stuff. And then some fresh good olive oil. This gets a squeeze of our lemon. And then literally any shawarma rub that you have. You could just add a bunch. Season this all with your heart that doesn’t have salt added. And then we’re just going to quickly mix this. Now, right before I started making the marinade, I started heating the sea tray on a broil. I just got some of this beef tallow that I’m going to crack open. I’m just going to dollop that tallow on. And then very gently, I’m going to flat on the chicken. Now, the key is to make a single layer just so this cooks evenly. Now, we’re just going to grab it and throw it in the oven on a high broil. And that will literally cook in 10 minutes. For bread of choice, I have these sit in my freezer. Gently separate the halves. Stack them on top of each other. Ooh, that looks amazing. It literally took 2 seconds. Look at that. Just quickly doll up a whole hefty amount of doom. Throw in as much chicken as you want. I like mine with lots of pickles. Just hit it with a little bit of those pan drippings. And now we toast. And as always, nasa. Uh-huh.

  3. Heres a recipe that probably tastes as good: -2x onions
    -1x bottle of burger sauce
    -1x bottle of mayonnaise
    -1x salad pack
    1x pack of chicken

  4. I would use a pan for the shawarma instead of the oven, then toast the rolled shawarma in the pan with all those drippings! One pan, even lesser washing. Just put the meat on the plate that you're going to use to eat 🫶
