
with Mashed Potatoes
Mods:
1.boiled half the celery with the potatoes and mashed them into them. Used half chicken stock half water to boil.
Make bacon in frying pan before chicken instead of oven. Then sauce after chicken. Keeps all that flavor that would be lost if you wiped out the pan.
Added Trader Joe's multipurpose umami seasoning in addition to salt and pepper on veggies while sauteing.
Used chicken broth instead of water when making sauce.
Added minced garlic in addition to the powder in sauce.
Used full onion to have more onion presence, and to replace world's smallest shallots that I was given.
