This is our take on the white pie. Housemade garlic oil, fresh garlic, ricotta, mozzarella, two types of oregano, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

    Why not make the ricotta into the sauce? Ive always felt sauceless cheese pies read like garlic bread.
