Most of their locations are wildly inconsistent and the quality has declined on average over the years.

Sauces are ok but honestly their chicken…I don’t feel well after eating it.
Enough-Moose-5816
Inconsistency.
You never know if they’ll look great like that or if they’ll be impersonating a pair of work boots.
Amazingrhinoceros1
sauces = 🔥
chicken size = 🤷♂️
quality consistency = 🖕
temperature when they make it to your table = 🧊
ElTioBorracho
Because it’s expensive. It’s just wings. Would rather get a combo pack from Wingstop or another local wing spot, eat the wings at home.
jsonne12
I bet if you flip those over, there will not be sauce on the other side!
Confident_Topic2755
When I first went to a BWW wings were great, last few years
-tiny wings -overcooked and cold -overpriced for what you get.
ElectricPenguin6712
I make bone in wings at the house. We only go there Thursdays for bogo boneless. Sauces are the big draw for me.
Embarrassed_Angle_59
The inconsistency and in your face commercials. Their commercials are pretty damn cringe on below average everything they serve.
Moist_Fee5949
I actually like BWW but so many times I’ve had cold wings or bad food. I went last week for the 25 dollar meal for two actually… All night was shitting and in immense stomach pain.
136AngryBees
I went there with the family last week. Two kids split an appetizer, I got 10 traditional wings, she got 10 boneless. We split a large fry. Each had one adult drink.
After tip? Almost $90
Thats why
The-Duke-of-Delco
For a place called Buffalo Wild Wings I thought they’d have better wings lol.
LegendaryenigmaXYZ
Bww I will die on this hill. They have the best sauces ever and nobody can touch them. The problem is they are overpriced last time I went for a bogo on wings they gave me some tiny shit.
fatogato
Expensive and those wings are pathetically small.
Accomplished_Cut5295
As everyone said, inconsistency. My local 2 are hit and miss. Meanwhile I fly out often from Atlanta on the Delta side where Bdubs is and theirs is beyond on point, which makes sense due to the amount of business they get.
PrizmShift
It’s the environment and inconsistency of staff. Food is not bad at all
Sea-Macaron1470
I actually ate in the restaurant and had the genuinely worst server/customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. Wings were good though and we got them buy 6 get 6 free, so it wasn’t insanely expensive.
dbh1124
Because it’s a chain and you never know what you’re gonna get lol
ElbowDeepInElmo
I know this is a wings subreddit, but a good fry compliments a good wing and the BWW fries have just never been it for me. They almost always come out lukewarm at best, and they’re always stale. If you get takeout, you can guarantee that they’ll be stone cold bricks by the time you get home.
MadTapprr
Yeah, I love bbws! Oh wait…bwws. Yeah they’re good too.
BadHombre91
Wings are cold and the service is terrible
TranslatorRoyal8710
Does it tho?!?
Nerdyjeweler901
For those of you saying it’s expensive, do you not have bogo nights there???? We get like 50 wings for $30 those nights.
Fickle-Woodpecker596
Depends on where you are and what is available. Where I am there’s places all around that have better wings and better prices and service. Last time I went to Buffalo wild wings I ordered a Guinness got charged $13. Pass
PrettyActuality
Got hired at a BWW and worked one single training shift. Saw a line cook attempting to get head from a waitress in the walk in. Then immediately walked back out to see another line cook drop some wings on the floor, pick them up, toss them in sauce, and send them out to the window. Never went back for a second training shift and never ate there again 🤷♀️😅
the-coolest-bob
Went there for the first time in a few years, food came out cold. There were FOH staff talking n chilling while one server ran around in circles.
Cheeze1911
Their ranch sucks
MrMeatsBBQ
Service is shit. Costs too much and the wings are wack.
randomweezy1
Prices are ridiculous
jontheeditor
Because it’s usually terrible. Slimy wings, never crispy, rarely cooked properly.
imbakinacake
Never once have I gotten hit wings from them and the service is always shit
Sfogliatelle99
It’s a hit or miss depending on the location
JimmyGeneGoodman
What’s funny about BWW is that i never really understood the hype about their wings so i never actually ordered them haha.
However i always enjoyed their appetizer menu more than their wings. My favorite was their fried mushroom garlic balls but last i heard they don’t have them on the menu anymore.
It’s a cool place to go with a group of friends if you don’t have a place with a nice set-up to watch whatever big game you want but even then I’d personally prefer whatever local sports bar is in the area.
I’ve always experienced better service at a local sports bar over a BWW which is pretty inconsistent and I’m talkin about when it’s not even that busy.
