Finally, one of my jalepeno’s changed color…. Been waiting months(and tarped the plants several nights to avoid frost) for a color change

Of my nearly 20 jalepeno plants, this it the first fruit to change color. This is also the first time I saw corking on the jalepeno's. seems to just be on this plant so far.

I'm planning a hot pepper dehydration batch tomorrow, unsure if I'll mix it into that batch, use for some cooking, or else dehydrate separately.
