Always told myself one day I wanted to get a fire machine. I started with a Delonghi dedica then went to a gaggia classic pro for a few years. Then moved gave the machine away. Then went to a bellman stovetop espresso (which was fun) and all I could afford at the time and now we’re here. I’m super happy and excited to have some fun now and make mornings that much better. 🙂

I actually use the Lucca commercially. Fantastic machine and so much to play with in terms of pre-infusion and temperature.
I’ll hit the 3 year mark with mine in 2 weeks. ~4 shots a day. ~340 days a year. Endless fantastic coffee.
Grinder?
That looks like the mini?
Awesome, I love mine. Going on 4 years now. Enjoy!
very nice machine, my Vivaldi II from 2011 just died and was too much to fix. It served me well for almost 15 years. It’s been 2 weeks without a machine and it’s rough. Just drip and aeropress for me for now.
I have a short list and gonna wait for Black Friday sales.
Enjoy!
Sweet machine! I scored an A53 direct plumb a couple years ago for 500 bucks. It had a faulty thermistor making it act crazy from a heating standpoint. Once replaced, the thing has been solid. Have it on a smart switch with the mod to make it actually turn on when power is applied and have a hot machine ready to go every morning at 6:30. Enjoy!
I have had mine for four months now and couldn’t be happier with it.
Heck yea! Congrats. Iv been stalking this sub for a few months and decided on this being my first set-up along with the Eureka Atom 75 grinder. Just waiting to pull the trigger.
Nice to see another Lucca owner. I think I’m coming up on ~8 years
Welcome to the club! I’ve had mine for about two years now and it’s been a champ! The built in BT timer is a nice QoL upgrade and was really the only thing holding these back I think.
That’s my next one when my Breville Touch kicks the tamper bucket.
I had the Mini Vivaldi II branded version of this machine for 15 years. Absolutely trouble free workhorse. I recently bought a Decent espresso machine (nothing wrong with the Spaz, but after 15 years I just wanted something different!) and sold the La Spaziale to someone who will be using it for pop ups.
You made a good call on this one.
I love my LaSpaziale … and it makes wonderful espresso, steams milk in a hurry, and is an all-around wonderful machine. I don’t feel like it gets the love from espresso nerds it deserves.
I always recommend this for somebody who wants a home machine but that’s also capable of commercial type settings like a coffee cart. Really solid, awesome machine
I have the vivaldi mini ii here i the uk which i bought as non working. Spent a reasonable amount fixing it up and it makes brilliant coffee and steams as much milk as I need even for multiple drinks.
I was a bit worried about the 53mm portafilter but coffee tastes better than the 58mm on my NS Musica
I’ve always thought the La Spaziale had a great, classic look, enjoy!
