This thing is a result of making breakfast sandwiches almost daily for several years. I’ve experimented ALOT and this is my favorite way to make them so far. This thing is PACKED with flavor and everyone I’ve made it for states “it’s a 10/10” or “the best breakfast sandwich they’ve ever had”.

Ingredients listed below in the order sandwich is built.

BOTTOM SLICE
-Pan fried homemade sourdough (mayo spread for frying)

-Homemade ranch drizzle (make sure it's thick not runny)

-Arugula

-Homemade hashbrown patty

-Light ketchup drizzle

-Two sausage links (vertically halved) placed evenly can be replaced with any other breakfast meat like bacon, ham, or spam

-Single slice of American cheese halved placed evenly

-Fried egg (yolk broke s&p fried lightly for airy texture)

TOP SLICE
-Pan fried homemade sourdough (mayo spread for frying)

-Homemade ranch drizzle (make sure it's thick not runny)

-Arugula

-A single cherry tomato sliced into four

-A pinch of salt

-Buldak ramen hot sauce (trust me) key ingredient
