    OTT chili rocks. Ive also done it with chuck steak instead of ground beef. Smoke the steak atop the chili for 2 hrs at 225-250 then cut it up and simmered it in the chili for like another hour or two until tender. It rocks. I kind of prefer it to ground beef now
