    Mold size: 20–21 cm

    𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭 (Sponge):

    3 eggs

    335 g sugar

    135 g oil

    320 g sour cream

    35 g cocoa powder

    300 g flour

    1.5 tsp baking soda

    1.5 tsp baking powder

    A pinch of salt

    Mix all the ingredients together.
    At the end, pour in 180 g boiling water, stir well, and bake at 180°C for 45–50 minutes.
    When slightly warm, spread the cream over the cake, leave it at room temperature for 3–4 hours, then cut and enjoy!

    𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦:

    600 g sweetened condensed milk

    3 tbsp cocoa powder

    200 g melted butter

    Mix well, chill it in the fridge, and spread over the sponge — that’s it! 🎂✨

    1.5choy qoshiq soda
    1.5 choy qoshiq razrixlitel’
    1cimdim tuz solib aralashtiramiz. Eng oxirida
    180g qaynab turgan suv solib, aralashtirib 180* da 45 50 minut pishirib olamiz. Iliqro holida krem surtib, 3-4 soat xonada qoldiramiz. Keyin kesib yevuramiz.
