Went to Corima for a birthday celebration for my girlfriend.
Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, although felt that there was definitely room for improvement on the “wow” factor.
Cocktails were very very good. Our tasting menu was tilted toward seafood and the standouts for me were the potatoes, fish taco, and (of course) the sourdough tortilla.
The branzino was also very good, but challenging to eat (literally advised to eat like a chicken wing and watch out for bones).
Overall, we enjoyed and felt the price was fair ($125 per person, before drinks) but wouldn’t rush to go back. When we do go back, would opt for a la carte over the tasting menu.
