[Music] Learn to cook Hungarian stuffed peppers. These are the ingredients we’re going to use today. Clean and deseed about six Hungarian peppers. Hungarian peppers come in mild or hot varieties. I’m using mild today. In a bowl, add one cup of rice. Clean the rice thoroughly. Rinse and repeat until the water isn’t cloudy. Chop one onion fine. Add oil to a pot and then add your onions. Sauté until the onions are tender. Add 1 tbsp of flour and half a cup of water. Mix it well. When you see it start to thicken, add one can of tomato sauce. [Music] Add one teaspoon of margarm and salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and let it simmer. In a bowl, add one lb of ground beef. Add one egg. Add one teaspoon of onion powder. Add 1 teaspoon paprika. Add one teaspoon margarm, salt and pepper as well. Incorporate together. Then add the raw rice. Mix well. Add the meat mixture to stuff the peppers. [Music] If there is any meat left over, just make them into little meatballs. Place the peppers in the sauce. Simmer until the rice is cooked, about 45 minutes. This recipe is usually served with steamed dumplings. Don’t forget to subscribe for more delicious recipes. [Music]
