Just sharing βone of those thingsβ I do to make prep a little easier on myself.
Photo shows a countertop covered in plain brown paper; the kind that you get free in packing boxes or whatever. Itβs covered with pear peels, a cutting board, a large bowl of acidulated water (with plenty of pear chunks already floating in it!), an iPad, and a water bottle.
At the end of when Iβm done, Iβll roll the whole paper thing up and chuck it in the compost or whatever, quick spray the counter and fall into bed.
So.
Many
Pears.

Iβm processing a ton of pears from azure at the moment too!

I’m told that you can use all of those scraps to make fruit vinegar and that’s it’s very tasty.
