    Shrimp and grits has become such a classic. Shrimp is probably one of the greatest protein sources ever, and the fact that it happens to be versatile and taste spectacular doesn’t hurt. Creamy grits perfectly offset the texture of the shrimp and really lend itself to creating a simple and great meal. Thanks

  2. Looks great! One thing for next time would be to add more liquid to your grits. The appearance of grits should be much looser. If you want to have it more savory I used 2/3 chicken stock and 1/3 heavy cream, and then a handful of sharp aged white English cheddar.
