West-siders can now look forward to digging into authentic and homely Italian cuisine at the newly opened Casa Vostra at Jem. Don’t forget to bring your family along because there’s a brand-new kids’ menu and a Casa Claw Machine filled with adorable plushies and exclusive prizes from 3 October to 2 November 2025.
Exclusive Dishes You’ll Only Find at Jem

The new place at Jem comes with its outlet-exclusive dishes. What remains unchanged is Casa Vostra’s brand philosophy that emphasises using only the finest ingredients free of preservatives, artificial additives and in-house production methods that honour true Italian flavours. Take a look at what’s on the menu!
Newpolitan® Pizzas

The parade of new pizzas kicks off with the Cossaca ($15), a timeless classic featuring plump San Marzano tomatoes DOP, fresh basil, and Parmigiano. For something heartier, the Carnivora ($28) takes the same San Marzano base and crowns it with creamy Fiordilatte, Mortadella, prosciutto, spicy salame, porchetta, and Pepperone Crusco — traditional sweet pepper from Italy’s Basilicata region that’s sun-dried and lightly fried to bring out its rich, complex notes.

Seafood lovers can dive into the Amalfitana ($30), where a base of San Marzano tomatoes DOP is topped with Argentinian prawns, clams, and squid. Cheese enthusiasts will be drawn to the 5 Formaggi e Pear ($26) — a decadent blend of 5 cheeses; Fiordilatte, Taleggio, Gorgonzola, Mascarpone, Parmigiano Reggiano, finished off with sweet pear compote.

Crispy fried pizzas are a new exclusive addition to this West-side debut. The Roasted Tomato ($14) pairs roasted tomatoes with burrata, balsamic and basil, while the Mortadella ($16) layers creamy burrata, basil, and pistachio alongside its cold cut. Rounding out the savoury trio is the Crab & Nduja ($24), finished with burrata and crispy onions. Nduja, a fiery spreadable pork sausage from Calabria, adds a bold Southern Italian kick.
Antipasti

Beyond their signature pizzas, Casa Vostra also prides itself on its antipasti, pastas and desserts, making it the perfect spot for family meals and gatherings. Exclusive to Jem is the Polpette alla Fonduta ($16), hearty beef meatballs topped with Taleggio and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Pasta

Handmade pastas include the Agnolotti all’Anatra in Brodo ($28), delicate parcels stuffed with roasted duck, served in a rich consommé made from the bird itself. For layered comfort, the Bolognese, Lasagna ($20), stacks egg sfoglia sheets with hearty bolognese, creamy bechamel, and the bright acidity of San Marzano DOP tomatoes.
Dessert

A sweet new addition, the Coppa al Pistachio ($14) brings together creamy pistachio gelato, crunchy pistachio nuts, and whipped cream for a rich, nutty finish.
Kid-Friendly Dining Made Delicious

Little ones can tuck into Casa Vostra classics, served in portions made just right for smaller tummies and growing appetites. On the menu: a kid-sized Lasagna ($12) with egg sfoglia, hearty bolognese, bechamel, and San Marzano DOP tomatoes; a Pomodoro ($12), where they’ll enjoy twirling spaghetti topped with Parmigiano and fresh tomatoes; and the all-time kids’ favourite, Mac & Cheese ($12), made with maccheroni pasta and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
