Harvested everything that was mostly ripe bc of an impending freeze, and the plants seemed pretty fd this morning from the low 40s last night. Got a ton of sugar drop lemon and black panthers, a handful of black Hungarian and ghosts, 2 reapers, 2 gator purple jigsaw, and 1 Aji fantasy. What are the odds these will continue to ripen on the counter? Most excited to try that enormous gator purple jigsaw!

I’m about to do the same this afternoon. Tomorrow morning it’ll hit 30’s. Such a shame. I have so many gorgeous habaneros that are still green.
For some reason, my carolina reapers and ghost peppers didn’t produce anything for me this year and they just got a bunch of flowers. I got one trinidad scorpion. But, as usual, my Thai hots did amazing. Very frustrating. I’m hoping I have time to dig them out and over winter them, but I haven’t had any luck with that either over the last few years
30’s? Can you send a breeze here to Texas. Not in the 30’s, but maybe dropping into the 80’s? That would be nice.
