2 years ago! I kept them around at first for a spare sandwich and then after like a week I thought it was weird they weren’t hard or had any mold. So I thought I would keep them around to see what would happen. Now that it’s two years later I can’t help but be amazed/horrified that there is no mold. They are hard as a rock but that didn’t happen until about a year ago

Mold needs certain things to grow. Not all bread will grow mold, especially if the moisture content isn’t there
