
Ristretto or Espresso
Which one do you prefer and why?
I’ve seen a lot of debate around this, especially among specialty coffee drinkers. Some say ristretto gives you a more intense, syrupy shot with sweeter notes. Others argue espresso gives a better balance and showcases more of the coffee’s complexity.
Curious to hear your take. Do you notice a real difference? Or is it all preference and hype?
