first time having american style bbq, want to buy a grill and smoker one day so i can start cooking up my own meat!
everything was satisfying but i just could not take another bite of that lamb in the middle, disgusting..
wish they had proper corn bread instead of just buns but its cool.

You just never know what you might stumble upon.
You can get a plain grill and turn it into a smoker, would not fit a whole brisket. You can smoke just about anything else on it. It is where I started.
