First long smoke after getting this, super thrilled and happy with the result of this butt. Quality from Weber.

  1. Looks great!! I’m making some this weekend! Sorry for the barrage of questions, but wouldn’t mind hearing if you can answer:

What temp did you smoke at?

Did you wrap at the stall?

    Spritz?

    Boneless/Bone in?

    How long was the smoke?

So it was a little over 9lbs. I used Webers super smoke or boost smoke option 180 degrees for four hours. Kicked it to 225 for four hours. 275 for two hours then 300 degrees for two hours. Spritz at the four hour mark and two more times after. No wrap and bone in. I did smoke it on the top rack with a water pan underneath.

Honest question because I’m looking at this same model and have no experience with pellet grills.

Can you still taste the smoke? It looks like you have a nice ring and bark on it.
