Today in the heart of our village, I prepared the famous Turkish dish called pide. Pide is not just bread—it’s a full, satisfying meal!🏡🍕
Stuffed with delicious ingredients like minced meat, vegetables, and spices, this boat-shaped dish is a symbol of Turkish comfort food. I made it with fresh, local ingredients right here in the village, surrounded by nature and calm. Cooking in the village adds a special flavor to every bite, and today’s pide was no exception. Come along to see how this rich and hearty dish came to life in our rural kitchen! 🏡🌿
To begin, we prepared a soft dough and let it rest. Then we finely chopped fresh vegetables and mixed them with seasoned minced meat. After spreading the topping onto the dough, we shaped the pide into its iconic boat form. Finally, we baked it in a traditional oven until golden and crisp!
