

I’ve been having intermittent temperature issues with my new Woodridge. The most common issue I’m seeing is the temperature will ramp up super quickly, then dive off down 50-70 degrees before warming back up to point.
Tonight when shutting down, the temperature read up to 675 while the grill was cool to the touch.
I recently tried a mix of royal oak charcoal pellets with hickory, but I’m hesitant to blame the pellet swap.
Has anyone seen issues like this before? I took a screenshot from the app and a picture of the fire pot after one cook.
