I’d make a lighter sauce with garlics white wine, shallot, and sausage, this way the color of the pasta still comes through

They are too pretty to be hidden in sauce. Just butter, garlic and Italian cheese blend.

I wouldn’t even buy that pasta, the colors are artificial and sure as h3ll it’s not Ari dried durum wheat pasta.

I think farfalle is perfect for pasta salads. I love it with artichokes, black olives, feta cheese, oregano, basil, and pine nuts. You could also make some aubergine in olive oil, garlic and pepperoncini, sauted with the farfalle topped with freshly cracked black pepper and pecorino romano. Last but no least, toss the farfalle with an asparagus pesto, look up a recipe, it is delicious.
