There is an Italian Beef truck at the gas station/bar today. I got the light dip with hot gardiniera, peppers, onions, and sport pepper pico. That may be too many toppings. 🤷♂️

This is something American that I wish we had up here in Canada. We don’t have Wawa or Buc-ee’s or whatever – a gas station sandwich up here is a shrink-wrapped dry roll with 1 kind of meat on it and tomatoes if you’re lucky.
