I was curious what the macros would be of the same serving had you used more standard ingredients

1.5 servings polonar sweet orange marmalade: 75 calories
2 servings original reddi whip: 30 calories
For a total of 310 calories, 6 grams of protein, and 2g fibre. So making those ingredient swaps halved the calories, doubled the protein, and x13 the fibre (though 90% of that comes from the Hero bread which is 2-3x the price).
