I've been having a little bowl of rice for breakfast most days for a while and loving it, my little savoury cereal alternative of no effort. Either using up leftover rice or chucking the rice cooker on to create leftover rice. Topping with spicy enoki mushrooms from a jar, a little sesame oil, crispy onions flakes and sesame seeds.

It's really tasty and makes me actually want to eat breakfast. But I don't think it's filling enough, I find myself eating lunch and dinner earlier, which leaves more room for snacking and ice cream in the evening.

I don't want to chop or cook anything for this breakfast, and I want to keep it cheap. What could I add to keep me fuller a bit longer?
