Capicola and eggs

Today’s breakfast was hot capicola and eggs on Italian bread toast. The meat was spicy enough so no hot sauce was needed and if I had provolone cheese I would have added a slice. (I called the meat capicola because I’m not Italian I can’t call it Gabagool 😊)
