Beef sundubu jjigae? Or seafood sundubu jjigae?
My Korean mom used to make seafood sundubu jjigae with clams. It's called Haemul Sundubu jjigae in Korean.
Basically my mom always buys the sundubu jjigae sauce so I didnt know it's so easy to make at home haha

Damn this looks good.
Something where I’m not scraping yolk from a shell, generally. Seems like cheating the chicken mom. Anyway I’m all about straight up dubu jjigae with extra dubu.
Did you use any stock? If so, which stock is your favorite for sundubu jigae. I primarily use dasida, so I wonder if stock makes a world of difference.
