


I’ve been budgeting, meal prepping, and losing weight for about 2 years. My ultimate goal is to lose -100 lbs.
Recently, I’ve switched to meal prepping for two, it’s a whole new set of challenges. But ultimately it saves us so much time and money.
I used to post my recipes and content in a Facebook group, but I can’t seem to find it anymore (or I was kicked 😅).

OP, can you tell me which containers you use? I’m learning to meal prep and not sure which containers to use without having the food get spoiled. I’m planning to freeze them so I don’t have food waste. What recipes do you make?

Could I ask if you do anything special for the breakfast burrito prep? Or is it as simple as assembly+toasting and putting it into freezer, or do you fridge them so they heat up normally? Thank you
