Air Fryer Spicy Moroccan Lamb Meatballs Recipe by What Shall I Cook
Ingredients
500g ground lamb
1 small onion, finely grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Mix the meatball blend:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat.
Shape:
Form into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Cook:
Place meatballs in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Check doneness:
Internal temp should reach 160°F (71°C). They should be browned and slightly crispy on the outside.

Serve with harissa yogurt sauce, cucumber mint salad, or quinoa tabbouleh.
