Warm marinated olives! Simple, make-aheadable and a real crowd pleaser.

The very easy recipe goes as follows: Heat 1/3 cup of olive oil in a pan over low heat. Throw in thyme sprigs, red pepper flakes, pink peppercorns, crushed fennel seeds and a few strips of lemon peel. Let everything simmer for 5 mins until fragrant, stirring occasionally. Add 2-3 cups of drained olives and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from the heat, add in the juice of half an orange and let everything sit until you are ready to serve 🫒

Spoon over thick greek yogurt, ricotta or just eat them on their own! I like to add toasted pine nuts and extra lemon zest 🙂
