• 1 lb (450 g) Paragonia Spicy Sauce Mussels
• 8 oz linguine pasta
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• ½ small red onion or shallots, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes or Trader Joe’s Mamba sauce (optional, for extra heat)
• 1 tbsp capers, drained
• ¼ scup pitted kalamata olives, minced
• ¼ cup white wine
• ½ cup tomato sauce
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 2 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped
