My fitness friend taught me this zucchini recipe. #shorts

My fitness friend taught me that if you sprinkle salt over zucchini slices, add water until fully covered and soak for 10 minutes. Then drain and transfer to another bowl. Add seedless tomatoes, red onion, parsley. Season with lemon juice, black pepper, and olive oil to taste. Mix everything well. You’ll get such a tasty raw salad.

    Cherry tomatoes 🍅
    Herb feta or diced mozzarella stick
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Red chili flakes lightly
    Add G. Hughes Balsamic sugar-free dressing mix well
    Top with French fried onion
    Optional:
    Add diced chicken
    Or real bacon bits
    Freshness Yummy 😋
