Cooked up some picanha over charcoal in the Weber kettle, seasoned with Hardcore Carnivore Black. Served it with crispy roasted potatoes coated in Atomic Chicken Charcoal Chicken seasoning and a homemade mushroom sauce. Absolute flavour bomb!

Looks great! Picanha steaks are so underrated. I rotiserrie mine on a Kettle. In the ball park of 400-450° grate level temp. Come out money and butter with an epic crust.
