


I think it was a bit underactive, I fed it the night before but it didn't look very bubbly.
Since it was a one day recipe (I don't have much free time with uni) it tasted a bit sour (gee I do wonder why it's called… sourdough) and I think I under salted it but overall it was good!
I had previously made bread with instant yeast but this was a first! Feel free to give tips/critique!!

Good job getting started on your journey. Now build some experience up in creating more gluten – so the loaf has more structure, play around with bulk ferment time and do a long cold proof for more flavor. You got this!
