Some meals I’ve made this summer I’m proud of!

  1. Ricotta cucumber dip with Nduja hot sauce pine nuts served with a chicken schnitzel and cabbage
  2. Lentils with caramelised onion aioli, chilli oil and caramelised onions
  3. Beef Rendang (with outrageously large beef chunks)
  4. Chicken and sweetcorn orzo with roast chicken breast.
  5. Skirt steak tacos, homemade corn tortillas, served with a charred sweetcorn salsa, and guacamole.
